How to Use |

Your 8 oz (1 cup) blend comes with a free wooden spoon that measures approx. 1 teaspoon. Add 1/4 cup (10-12 heaped scoops) to warm bath. Soak full body 10-30 minutes.or steep 3 scoops in boiled water ~5 to 7 minutes~ for a calming daily mist,(Muslin Bag included for optional "no mess" clean-up or herbal infusion.) |
