How to Use

Option 1: Roll on Application

• Gently glide on desired area of skin.

• For therapeutic use: Deep breath in for 4 seconds....

exhale 8 count........

Option 2: Essential oil spray

• First! Fill bottle halfway of emulsifier (for example alcohol, witch hazel, rose water)

• Then, fill bottle halfway of water

• Combine essential oil blend (1-2 tablespoon)

Make sure to Shake well before every use
